Our goal is to deliver the order to you in the shortest possible time, simplifying the shipping process.

SHIPPING TO GREECESHIPPING TO GREECE

For orders in Greece the shipment will be Free, if the order exceeds the amount of 80 Euros. For orders under 80 Euros, there will be a shipping charge of 3 Euros. In case of product return for refund or replacement (size, color, etc.) shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

The products you ordered are sent to the address you have given us, through the courier company ELTA courier.

PRODUCTS DELIVERY

Delivery is made within 4 to 8 working days for Mainland Greece, Crete and islands (we always refer to the delivery in the Capitals of the Prefectures and not in remote areas), as long as the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of bad weather, strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect delivery times. Due to the large volume of orders that courier companies have to manage and due to the large load of their computer systems, there are significant delays in deliveries and order management, which the company is constantly trying to improve.

In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by the ordering department about the estimated delivery time.
